ITSEF: Delivers data and knowledge solutions that provide business insights to frontline teams and management for improved decision making, transparency, and risk mitigation, while facilitating knowledge capture, curation, and dissemination.
The ITS Operations Effectiveness unit is seeking a Product Owner to join the Knowledge Platforms team. The position requires a quality-focused and detail-oriented candidate with a demonstrated track record of providing solutions for high-priority business goals and strategic management decisions. The candidate will assume the following responsibilities:
Duties and Responsibilities:ย
โขLead engagement with clients to fully understand pain points and needs and explore user research options with the Design team. Assess impact to end users and need for change management.
โขDeliver regular status updates to clients, flag risks and delays, discuss any shift in requirements and priorities. Collaborate with the change communication team.
โขCreate Product Vision Board, develop Roadmap, write user stories and rank essential features for MVP.
โขManage and prioritize the product backlog, translating client requirements into viable product features, tracking, and communicating feature costs.
โขOversee all stages of product development, and delivery and manage an effective product team.
โขOversee and lead the User Acceptance Testing process.
โขPlan and execute future releases through a data driven and agile approach.
โขDevelop KPIs and OKRs that are measurable, actionable, and align with user goals.
โขActively monitor and incorporate various client needs, industry trends, Bank priorities, KPIs, and user feedback into the work program.
Selection Criteria
โขA Masterโs degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of related experience, or a Bachelorโs degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
โขExperience working and defining product strategy for transactional and business process automation applications
โขExperience with knowledge products, such as a lessons learned platform, contextual and just-in-time knowledge, curation of knowledge and AI enabled platforms
โขExperience working with Azure Boards or other relevant Agile planning tools.
โขExperience defining KPIs, measuring client satisfaction, scrum velocity, and experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, and Azure AppInsights etc.
โขAbility to convert product usage data into reports and creating analytics dashboards.
โขExperience creating release notes and communicating product success stories.
โขAbility to prepare professional quality documents and PowerPoints and strong presentation skills.ย
โขStrong internal consulting skills and a track record of influencing stakeholders
โขProven skills in managing the full product life cycle of one or more products.
โขProven ability to collaborate with other team members across boundaries and contribute productively to the team's work and output, demonstrating respect for different points of view.
โขAble to use strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to cultivate effective, productive client relationships and partnerships across organizational boundaries.
โขAble to take personal responsibility and accountability for timely response to client queries, requests or needs, working to remove obstacles that may impede execution or overall success.
โขAble to meet deadlines and achieve agreed-upon results and has the personal organization to do so.
