Position Title: Development Coordinator, Leadership Giving
Position Classification: Regular, Non-exempt; Full-time; 40hrs/week
Reports to: Associate Director of Leadership Giving
Location: This position must be based in Boston. The candidate is expected to work from the office 1-2 days/week, with the remaining days able to work from home.
Position Overview:
The Development Coordinator, Leadership Giving provides a broad range of support to Leadership Giving donors, those who give annual donations of $1,000-$24,999, as well as team members. The Development Coordinator will provide support to donor inquiries as well as subsequent follow-up, including related action tracking and imports to the CRM. The Development Coordinator will assist in general donor support functions, especially during high-volume time periods, proofreading donor communications, and liaising with agency partners as required. The Annual Giving team, including Leadership Giving, is responsible for growing unrestricted revenue at the $1 - $24,999 level, stewarding donors at this level, and increasing Partners In Healthโs donor base.

Responsibilities
General Team Support (60%)
- Ensure all communications and interactions with mid-level standard donors are imported to and tracked in CRM, following unified data documentation processes.
- Act as event lead for all events involving Leadership Giving donors. Create and maintain a collaborative event calendar that the relationship managers will use to help guide their travel. Join meetings with the Development Experience and Engagement team to understand the event goals and purpose and relay those to the Leadership Giving team.
- Provide administrative and proofreading support to all team members; work closely with all Resource Generation Branch coordinators to ensure smooth cross-team collaboration on supply inventory, scheduling and meetings.
- Provide administrative support for the Donor Experience and the Board Strategy & Engagement teams for events and meetings.
- Support the Leadership Giving team annual projects such as calling, writing, and thanking donors and/or supporting team members in achieving their annual goals.
Donor Support (20%)
- Work in partnership with Annual Giving Coordinator to respond to all incoming supporter and public inquiries and requests received via donor support phone line, general info e-mail account, and mail.
- Ensure all communications are entered into Salesforce accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage weekly special acknowledgement process for offline Leadership Giving donors.
Direct Mail and Stewardship (20%)
- Coordinate list reviews and suppression files for direct mail and other communications for mid-level donors. Provide support to Associate Director of Leadership Giving in direct mail strategy and other project management.
- Coordinate pulling lists of donors from the database and delegation of Board of Trustee thank you cards in collaboration with the Board Strategy & Engagement team.
- Manage, track and update weekly stewardship list for Leadership Giving donors and high level annual giving donors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; 2-3 years of related experience desirable.
Required:
- Solid computer and database skills including the functional use of Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Attentive to detail, able to work efficiently in a deadline driven environment.
