The Legal Departmentโ€™s administrative law work is conducted through the Administrative Law Division (LEGAD) under the direct oversight of the General Counsel and Director of the Legal Department. The Assistant General Counsel (AGC) who heads LEGAD and two Deputy Division Chiefs together comprise LEGADโ€™s management team, and the Deputies are directly responsible for supporting the AGC in leading and overseeing the Divisionโ€™s work. The Legal Department is looking to fill one of the Deputy Division Chief roles.

The Deputy Division Chief will support the AGC in providing strategic, intellectual, and operational leadership in the management of LEGAD and in carrying out a broad range of substantive administrative law work. More specifically, the incumbent will be required to carry out the following duties and responsibilities:
