Job Summary

The IMF is seeking a Deputy Director to serve as the Chief Digital Product Officer of the Information Technology Department (ITD). This is a unique opportunity to be responsible for leading the development and execution of the digital products strategy and operations for a premier international financial institution, supporting its mission of fostering stable and inclusive growth, resilience, and poverty reduction for a near-universal membership.

The role includes coordinating IT demand with all IMF departments, developing digital products and AI strategies collaboratively, aligning IT initiatives with business priorities, delivering cost-effective services with high satisfaction, and achieving desired outcomes from IT capital projects.

The candidate must work closely and coordinate with the Chief Technological Officer (CTO) and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure critical IT systems and operations perform at target levels while maintaining the necessary security and quality assurance for IT systems and information assets.

The Chief Digital Product Officer reports to the Director and Chief Information Officer (CIO) and will also serve as Acting CIO and representative of ITD as needed, liaising with top IMF Management, the IMF Executive Board, and other key stakeholders.
