Correspondence Associate/Sunday Transcriptionist - Part Time Who We Are Ashokaโs vision is of a future where everyone has the lifegiving power to contribute in a rapidly changing world. We are a passionate, entrepreneurial team across over 100 countries working together to achieve this vision.The Executive Office is at the heart of Ashokaโs Global office, assisting the CEO with his short- and long-term projects and leadership of the Everyone a Changemaker global movement. Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Responsible for Sunday Transcription from 9 am to 5 pm. Assisting Correspondence team with transcription and editing Monday to Wednesday Assisting Correspondence team with long-term projects like mailings to donors Maintaining archival systems Maintaining CEO's contacts in Salesforce database Update contact information, organizations, meetings for EO contacts The Correspondence Associate may also assist the Board Secretary on special projects. Qualifications: Excellent grasp of the English language - Required Authorization to Work in the U.S. - RequiredActive listening and critical thinking - Required Works well without a lot of direction and can manage duties in ambiguity - Required Able to maintain confidentiality - Required Strong analytical skills and an ability to create systems - Nice to Have Transcription and dictation experience, comfortable with Microsoft Suite Applications - Nice to Have Time Commitment: 8-24 hours/week; must be available on Sundays; Mondays, Tuesdays preferred (half days during the week are open for negotiationMore hours are available during high-peak work periods (usually in February, July, October, and November) with approval from the Executive AdministratorLocation: Remote, but the consultant must work U.S. East Coast hours
