    Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
    While the position of Corporate Services Analyst resides with the Office of Director General (CSOD) within the Corporate Services Department (CSD), you will be strategically assigned to Thailand within the Southeast Asia Department based at our Resident Mission Office in Bangkok (TRM).

    You will report to the Principal Corporate Services Specialist and Senior Officer under CSOD and have matrix reporting line to the Country Director, TRM.

    Your Role
    As a Corporate Services Analyst, you will provide technical and operational support in implementing CSD's global corporate service requirements in the field. You will work in close liaison with the Corporate Services Team assigned at the Thailand Resident Mission (TRM) and CSD Office of the Director General in HQ. You will do research and data analysis, support institutional coordination requirements, prepare analytical reports and presentations, manage administrative requirements, and collaborate with other CSD units on service requirements of Field Offices.

    You will:

  • Coordinate CSD's global corporate service requirements and help implement the CSD-wide work program in the field, relating to facilities management, security, organizational resilience, institutional procurement, IT, and information resources to ensure project activities are aligned and integrated.
Support in preparing the team's workplan and help compile and consolidate inputs for Work Program and Budget Framework requirements. Coordinate the team's administrative activities and consolidate information for CSD and other departments/offices of ADB. Attend meetings and prepare the summary for discussion, meeting minutes, and updates on issues. Undertake analytical research, compile and prepare briefing, progress, or ad-hoc reports and support data gathering for operations review and analysis. Serve as the main contact point between HQ CSD Front Office, business units, and Field Office finance and administrative teams, ensuring seamless coordination of corporate services and facilities-related needs. Provide end-to-end support for operational requests across field offices. Help administer personnel activities for CSD outposted staff assigned in TRM, including coordination of staff onboarding, team building activities, retreat, training, rewards and recognition programs, including coordination of logistical arrangements required for the activities. Coordinate meetings, appointments, mission travel, and site visits for project team members, stakeholders, and contractors. Maintain the database of information related to CSD's field office projects and coordinate the collection of statistical information to produce management-related reports on regular or ad hoc basis. Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, plans, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Perform any other duties that may be assigned and reflected in your work plan.

Qualifications

You will need:

Bachelor's degree At least 5 years of relevant professional experience. Experience in office administration and processing documentation. Experience working in an international organization or multinational corporation. Familiarity with operational and administrative procedures and full understanding of the interactions between different work areas and workflows is advantageous. Working knowledge of an international institution's IT systems and computer-based applications, including Microsoft applications, Outlook, SharePoint. Liaise and work with staff within their own work location and across departments and able to work with teams as a constructive team member. Demonstrate good coordination and can collaborate with all types of internal and external clients from different cultural/national backgrounds. Good command of written and verbal communication skills in English and local Thai language.

Additional Information
This appointment is open to internal and external applicants.

This opening is a local staff position. It is open only to nationals and residents of Thailand.

This is a fixed term appointment with option to renew, initially for a period of up to 3 years, or up to the Normal Retirement Date (NRD), whichever comes earlier, for the purpose(s) and conditions determined by ADB, in accordance with Administrative Order No. 2.01 (Recruitment and Appointment). After the initial fixed-term period, ADB may choose to renew the appointment for up to an additional 3 years or not renewed. This decision will be made in the overall interest of ADB, based on factors including but not limited to the requirement of Staff's particular blend of skills and experience for the medium-term work program of the organizational unit, sufficient funding to cover the renewed period, and Staff's performance and suitability for employment. There is no limit to the number of renewals up to NRD. However, this appointment is not convertible to a regular appointment.
