World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the worldโs leading conservation organizations, seeks a Coordinator, Private Sector Engagement
The Coordinator, Private Sector Engagement assists the Private Sector Engagement (PSE) team in the development and management of WWFโs corporate relationships, to maximize revenue and to increase awareness of WWFโs brand and mission through consumer engagement efforts, including cause marketing, behavior change, education, fundraising, sponsorship and WWF brand licensing opportunities in support of conservation.

Position Length: Limited Term, 3-years
Location: Washington, D.C. (Hybrid work structure with minimum of 2 days a week in office)
Salary Range: $43,200 - $54,000

Responsibilities
Supports Consumer Engagement team in the stewardship and implementation of consumer-facing partnerships, providing creative and administrative support to the team including contributing to idea generation and research for brand engagement opportunities, scheduling team events and travel, taking notes at internal and external meetings, and tracking fundraising budgets and timelines related to corporate partnerships. Also, will be responsible for administrative tasks across the Consumer and Employee Engagement team, including the coding and submission of expense reports for select members of the team. Assists Consumer Engagement team in day-to-day account execution for select partnerships. Reviews partnership materials, including external marketing and communication materials to ensure quality control, accuracy and correct use of WWF marks. Secures approvals for materials from key internal stakeholders and coordinates with external partners to convey edits and/or approval of materials. Working in concert with the Consumer Engagement team members, compiles first drafts of agreements and other key documents of engagement, inputting key information into agreement templates. Routes agreements for internal review and approval, securing letters of approval from key internal stakeholders and inputting key information into document management system. Collaborates closely with PSE business services team and WWF legal department. Fields incoming corporate requests on behalf of the Consumer Engagement team, evaluating whether a prospective relationship aligns with the organization and meets minimum criteria. Communicates to prospective corporate partnersโ initial expectations of the relationship. Discuss each qualified opportunity with Supervisor to determine next steps in developing the partnership. Conducts research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and prospective partners, among other topics. Identifies new business opportunities for the team to generate unrestricted revenue through corporate donation and loyalty platforms. Prepares reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data. Works with Managers and others on relationship development activities, contributing to the creation of pitches and other materials for prospective partners. Works with Communications team to support the management of partnership communications calendar, working closely with relationship managers to update accordingly and ensure all channels are utilized. Manages and inputs partnership information in Monday.com or other relevant systems and supports design for different use cases. Works with Business Services team to track revenue generation from consumer-facing partnerships and organizes key fundraising data across team timelines and budgets into partnership tracking systems. Performs other duties as assigned, including administrative duties, and plays an active role in the successful operation of the Private Sector Engagement team.
