Reports to: Director of Grant Management and Compliance

Location: Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or hybrid of these two options. Location in Boston, MA area is preferred.

Position Overview:

Partners In Healthโ€™s (PIH) Resource Management Branch is looking for a Coordinator to provide administrative, systems, and project support to PIHโ€™s Finance and Grant Management and Compliance (GMC) teams. The Coordinator serves as an integral part of the Finance and GMC teams, which work to ensure responsible and effective fund management at PIH, through strong practices and reasonable policies and procedures.

Primary responsibilities include coordination of the administrative systems of the Finance and GMC teams in hiring, training, compliance, and award management, and assisting with annual registration and filing processes. The Coordinator proactively identifies and implements improvements to administrative systems and processes that support the departmentโ€™s efficiency and effectiveness. The position presents an excellent opportunity to gain experience in finance and grant management and compliance within the global health sector.

The ideal candidate will be a highly accountable, results-driven professional with exemplary interpersonal, communications and organization skills.
