Leadership Group Member for Global OperationsArlington, VirginiaSummaryAshoka seeks an entrepreneur/intrapreneur to lead the organizationโ€™s wide-ranging functions & operational initiatives in pursuit of Ashokaโ€™s Everyone a Changemaker vision. The Leadership Group Member (LGM) for Global Operations will be a key member of Ashokaโ€™s global senior executive team, working closely with other leaders to integrate strategy setting & performance management across the organization, guiding global operations and the Finance, IT, Integrity, and Talent teams.
