Description of the Assignment: Conduzir uma avaliação do progresso nacional na implementação dos compromissos de igualdade de género e inclusão social presentes na NDC anterior, analisando o nível de integração desses aspetos. A consultoria deverá facilitar um processo participativo de reflexão coletiva, com o objetivo de promover maior ambição e qualidade na NDC atual. A abordagem deverá ser inclusiva e orientada por direitos humanos, visando fortalecer a igualdade de género, o empoderamento de mulheres, a equidade intergeracional, a participação efetiva e o acesso equitativo a recursos por grupos historicamente sub-representados.
Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 4 meses
