UNICEF East Asia and Pacific Regional Office is seeking an individual consultant to strengthen national information systems for child protection case management, providing specific technical support to Lao PDR, Mongolia, Timor-Leste, Viet Nam, as well as technical support to UNICEF East Asia and the Pacific Regional Office and UNICEFย Headquarters.

To qualify you will haveโฆ
โข Minimum of a bachelorโs degree (Social Sciences, Information Management Systems)
โข 5-8 years of professional experience in a related field (information management systems, Child Protection development and/or humanitarian programming)
โข Demonstrated experience in the implementation of information systems to support case management
โข Experience working with government systems and inter-agency coordination mechanisms
โข Experience working in East Asia and Pacific
Candidates must possess an undergraduate degree (at a minimum), and at least 5-8 years of related professional experience. Candidates must have proven experience supporting the implementation of information case management systems, and proven experience of working with government counterparts and inter-agency coordination mechanisms. Experience working in the East Asia and Pacific region is desirable.
