Completed Secondary School or equivalent education (e.g. high school or general education diploma) or industrial education training. A minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience working in the field of administration, petroleum logistic or management operation would be an asset. Experience in administration normally acquired as an Administrative Office Manager or Senior Clerk after five to seven years at NSPA or in a similar organization. Experience in the administration of contracts and in project management would be beneficial. Knowledge of quality assurance standards and policies. ย Knowledge of information systems at end-user level with experience in using personal computers and software packages. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and direction. Ability to work in a stressful environment. Ability to express himself/herself, orally and in writing. Recent operational tours/assignments would be beneficial. A valid driving license. The Incumbent must hold, or be able to obtain, a valid \"NATO SECRET\" security clearance.e. IMPORTANT NOTES

In accordance with the NATO employment regulations, the contract will be established for
a 6-month period. The working language will mainly be English.
The duty stations will be Afghanistan, Luxembourg or any other area as required.
