Child Development Worker – Tenancy Support

Our early childhood programs have been supporting young children across Australia for decades. In this newly created role, you’ll be working with vulnerable families who are part of the Tenancy Support for Children and Families (TSCF) program in Darwin/Palmerston. Via supported playgroups, community outreach and other child-focused activities, you’ll work directly with children at risk of homelessness.

In this full-time, maximum term role (through to June 2026, with the possibility of extension), you’ll help coordinate the planning, implementation, and review of culturally appropriate child-focused activities for children living with their families in social housing and/or vulnerable tenancy situations. As part of our TSCF team, you’ll report to our Team Leader, working across various locations within Darwin/Palmerston as required.
