Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position of Associate Project Analyst is assigned to the Infrastructure Finance Division 1 Division (PSIF1) within the Private Sector Operations Department (PSOD). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
You will report to Director, PSIF1 and designated International Staff and National Staff.
Your Role
As an Associate Project Analyst, you will provide statistical, analytical, and coordination support for PSIF1 including database management, reporting, system requirements, and records management, and document preparation. The incumbent will report to the designated International Staff and/or National Staff.
You will:
Statistical, Analytical, and Coordination Support Services - Prepare draft project documents;
System Requirements and Coordination
Undertake and/or contribute to the enhancement and implementation of systems and procedures, and administration of computer application systems to ensure that PSODโs requirements are met. Coordinate and perform testing and implementation of new systems and required versions to existing system to facilitate PSODโs processing, monitoring and reporting requirements. Liaise with other ADB departments/offices regarding the development of systems and procedures and produces/revises systems under user manuals to facilitate implementation of system initiatives.Ad hoc Assignments and New Initiatives
Provide support related to ad hoc assignments and new initiatives, as required.Qualifications
