Mission and objectivesERONet, formerly known as the Agoro Community Development Association (ACDA), was established on August 27, 2001, to support Northern Ugandaโs Agoro community in Lamwo District. Evolving into ERONet, the organization now empowers vulnerable women, youth, and people with disabilities in Lamwo and Kitgum districts. ERONetโs mission is to create sustainable development opportunities and alleviate suffering in post-conflict communities. Its objectives include educating communities on economic and social issues, advocating for childrenโs rights, and increasing access to both formal and informal education. ERONet also provides essential services, including protection, healthcare, food, and counseling for at-risk children, as well as recreational and skill-building opportunities for youth and women. Additionally, ERONet works with local and international partners to strengthen advocacy for disadvantaged groups, aiming to create an equitable society where all community members can reach their full potential.

Task DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced accountant to help ERONet develop an unaudited financial report. This report will be crucial for tax filings, our Annual General Meeting (AGM), and as part of the due diligence for an upcoming organizational expansion project. The volunteer will work remotely and will be expected to: Review financial records and documents to draft an unaudited financial report Liaise with ERONet's Executive Director and Finance Officer via email or virtual meetings for financial data clarification Provide status updates on report development Complete the report by the specified deadline, which will be discussed and agreed upon once onboarding is complete
