About the position

The HR Analyst, reporting to the Regional HR Leader, will be responsible for providing administrative support within the Human Resources Unit and Team, providing frontline customer support to all staff who require access to general Human Resource services.


Requirements Key duties & responsibilities

A. International contract management

  • Ensure the process of international staff, Associate Staff Members (AMS), sabbaticals and emeritus, complying with the established documentation and systematization process by Human Resources;
  • Plan, coordinate and execute the necessary activities before and after the hiring of the new staff at the Alliance (focal point for the Relocation company services, schedule induction agenda, detailed explanation of the contract, benefits, among others);
  • Serve as focal point between Alliance and AIARC for issues related to retirement contribution and health insurance for the international staff;
  • Administer contract renewal for international and staff in international positions, AMS, sabbaticals and emeritus in terms of benefits, extensions and termination of contracts;
  • Propose methodologies that allow the Human Resources Unit to optimize the process(es) it leads.

    B. General HR services
    • Participate in regional recruitment, selection and on boarding processes including review of job descriptions, advertisements, screening of applications, interview, reference-checks and staff induction;
    • Support with complementary staff's contracts (new hires and renewals);
    • Facilitate required HR documentation to support project and institutional audits;  
    • Organize and coordinate staff welfare schemes and initiatives;
    • Support other team members in general HR tasks.

      Required qualifications and experience
      • Bachelor's degree in the field of Human Resources management, administration, or relevant field;
      • At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in human resource management gained in an international organization; 
      • High level of computer skills with ability to handle Human Resources Information Systems and to learn new applications quickly; 
      • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high level of integrity and respect for confidentiality; 
      • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong administrative service orientation; 
      • Full English language proficiency, both written and oral including the ability to organize and write. 


        Benefits Terms of employment

        This position is a national recruited position based in Hanoi, Vietnam. The initial contract will be for 1 year, subject to a probation period of 2 months, and is renewable depending on performance and availability of resources.

        This position is graded at BG6 level, with a minimum basic salary of VND 24,487,062 on a scale of BG01 to BG14 (BG14 being the highest level according to the Alliance job classification framework policy).
