World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the worldโ€™s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Agreements and Operations Team Coordinator - Country Office Unit (COU).

The Country Office Unit (COU) is a department of WWF-US which provides strategic guidance, communicates best practices, strengthens capacities, and ensures compliance of the 11 Country Offices that report to WWF-US. The Agreements and Operations Team Coordinator supports the Grants and Compliance Manager in agreements management for the Country Office Unit. This role draws on strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a quick grasp of the organizationโ€™s programs and policies to support compliance and effectively manage agreements. This role will also maintain important legal and compliance documents for the Unit and the Country Offices.

The Coordinator will also assist the Director of Operational Excellence, COU, in managing administrative and logistical functions for the Operations and Conservation Strategy teams of the Country Office Unit. With a focus on strategic organization and subject matter awareness, this position serves as a central hub for inter-team coordination and contributes to a high-performing, well-aligned team environment.

Salary Range: $56,200 - $70,300

Responsibilities

Assist the Grants and Compliance Manager in preparing and monitoring agreements for the COU and Country Offices, where appropriate. Ensures that the accounting processes for those agreements are accurately managed.Under the direction of the Grants and Compliance Manager, provide support to the 11 US Country Offices in the use of SmartSimple (and other relevant tools) for agreements management. Maintain COU records in coordination with the Grants and Compliance Manager (i.e., Bank authorizations, Signing Authority, Local Government Agreements, Requirements for Compliance with Local Legislation).Under the direction of the Grants and Compliance Manager, support the Country Office agreements teams in adopting best practices and maintaining compliance for incoming and outgoing agreements.Manage meeting logistics for the Director of Operational Excellence, COU, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items. Tailor meeting dynamics based on subject matter and link action items to future discussions.Provide administrative assistance for the Director of Operational Excellence, COU, and Conservation Strategy & Impact Director including: Supporting travel logistics Expense coding Use of Docusign and signature and approval processesManage in-office logistics for in-person COU staff and COU visitors, including meeting room prep, printing, mailing, desk assignment and other needs, as appropriate.Support the Internal Communications & Knowledge Manager and Strategic Coordinator, COU & Program Operations to execute strategic events for COU and the LAC Secretariat.Anticipate operational needs in the COU and proactively identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and alignment.Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
