Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position of Organizational Resilience and Crisis Management Administrator is assigned to the Organizational Resilience and Security Division (CSRS) within the Corporate Services Department (CSD). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines.
You will report to the designated International Staff and senior National Staff.
Your Role
As an Organizational Resilience and Crisis Management Administrator, you will provide technical assistance in the planning, coordination, and execution of ADB's Organizational Resilience (OR) and Business Continuity (BC) Programs, including facilitation and coordination of the Crisis Management (CM) Program focusing on internal client needs by participating in the implementation and completion of OR, BC, and CM related projects.

- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) including Business Continuity Plans (BCP) creation, maintenance, approval, and reporting. Maintain Business Continuity Management (BCM) critical documentation, and incident logging in the online BC systems as required.
Crisis Management
Qualifications
You will need
โข Bachelorโs degree in international relations, political science, social science, business administration, engineering, accounting, management, or other relevant field of study
โข At least 5 years of relevant work experience with exposure to Business Continuity, Organizational Resilience, and Crisis Management activities is preferred.
โข Knowledge and understanding of international regulations, standards and best practices relating to business continuity such as ISO22301:2019 and related standards is preferred.
โข Sound working knowledge of policies, guidelines and procedures related to business continuity and crisis management. Knowledge of ADBโs internal business continuity and crisis management arrangements or of other similar international organizations would be an asset.
โข Sound working knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and skills.
โข Basic working knowledge in accounting and audit principles pertaining to budget monitoring and control preferred. Sound working knowledge of standard IT applications, software and systems used generally in multilateral organizations and familiarity with existing systems and database management (Office 365, SharePoint, Business Intelligence, etc.)
โข Ability to focus on achieving results and seek assistance from colleagues and supervisor for desired outcomes.
โข Ability to work closely with multi-disciplinary team and promote teamwork.
โข Good command of written and verbal communication in English.
