Required Activities and Tasks

Search relevant RFPs on various portals (ungm, world bank and other international development organizations)
Register with target organizations as a verified vendor – as necessary
Prepare proposals in line with the organization standards and client requirements
Coordinate input from various other team members as required for the proposal
Maintain good archive of relevant files and documents needed for proposal submission
Submit proposals earlier than the specified deadline to clients
Follow up as required and permissible by the client
Negotiate with the client on behalf of the organization and in full coordination with the authorized officers
Sign contracts as necessary with clients.
Achieve best quality proposals for future use as per the standard of the organization.


candidate must have a bachelor’s degree (higher qualification is preferred).
candidate must be able to work independently in his/her personal setting – this is remote employment.
candidate must be competent in relevant softwares (MS office etc.)
strong team work in remote setting and able to meet deadlines
experience in training and capacity building is a must
experience in UN, World Bank and other development organizations is a must
knowledge of project cycle management is a must
exposure or remotely managing projects in developing countries and emerging markets is a requirement


This is a sales job and needs to be result oriented. The company will pay a basic fixed salary and an attractive commission from the winning proposals – upon signing contract with the client. Fixed payment is considered $1000 and commission will be 2-5% depending on the size of the project and overhead percentage charged on the client.

The candidate is not responsible for implementation, but needs to coordinate closely with the project staff in developing the proposal and budget estimation.
