Support to administrative activities of the Programme :

  • Preparation of non-PO vouchers for projects in Atlas.
  • Maintenance of the internal expenditures control system including timely corrective actions on un-posted vouchers, including the vouchers with budget check errors, match exceptions, unapproved vouchers. 
  • Creation of requisitions for development projects in Atlas and register of goods receipt in Atlas.
  • Making budget check for requisitions, POs and vouchers.
  • Facilitation of information flow, coordination of schedule both within the team and inter-teams.
  • Issuing gate pass for daily visitors, staff & officers.
  • Issuing entrance & existence permission for various types of office equipment.
  • Support to all meeting/training/workshop and different events of a2i programme.

Supports resource mobilization:

  • Review of contributions agreement, managing contributions in Atlas
  • Collection of information and analysis for partner profiles 
  • Follow-up on the resource mobilization activities

Support knowledge building and knowledge sharing:

  • Organize trainings for the operations/ projects staff on programme.
  • Synthesis of lessons learnt and best practices in programme.
  • Sound contributions to knowledge networks and communities of practice.
  • Participation in the trainings for the operations/projects staff on programme.
  • Contributions to knowledge networks and communities of practice.
  • File and archive management.

Support E-filling related issue:

  • To manage files in e-Filing system. He will create and maintain file permission in accordance of the requirement of each file.
  • To oversee file flow in e-filing system and ensure that the users are initiating new files, checking inbox and responding to incoming files by providing decision and opinion.
  • To provide support to a2i users and solve day to day problems that may occur while using e-filing.
  • To provide new a2i employee training on how to use e-filing system.
  • To provide new a2i employee training on how to use e-filing system.
  • Maintain user profile of A2i employee in e-filing software. He will creat and update user profile in timely manner.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in programme strategies and implementation of the Country Programme Action Plan.
  • Prior experience of working with any international development organization will be an added advantage
  • Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, E-mails, PPT etc) and experience in handling of web-based management systems.
