Job Title: Program Manager I

Department: Pacific Sub-Region of ASIA Region

Reports To: Disaster Risk Reduction Program Manager II (DRR PM II)

Country/Location: Chuuk, Federated States of Micronesia

Job Summary:
Your primary responsibility will be to manage the OFDA funded, Growing Resilience on Wutip-affected-islands (GROW) project to lead agriculture and livelihoods activities for 1,500 vulnerable households that were impacted by Typhoon Wutip in Chuuk Lagoon, Chuuk Outer Islands, Yap Outer Islands, and Pohnpei Outer Islands. You will provide technical and managerial oversight for the GROW project to support impacted households to diversify and enhance their agricultural livelihood strategies through trainings and distribution of agricultural inputs. Your s econdary responsibility, 10 percent of time, will be to contribute to new business development to grow the country programming portfolio in alignment with Catholic Relief Services' (CRS) work in serving the poor and vulnerable. Your management skills and knowledge will ensure that the CP delivers high-quality programming and continuously works towards improving the impact of its programming.
