Job Purpose

Supervise all monitoring and evaluation of project activities in order to ensure their implementations required quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training for partners on different data collection tools and methods.
  • Support and coordinate the work of both the agencies undertaking and the agencies undergoing the monitoring.
  • Coordinate for site visits with all agencies.
  • Manage tools deployed and ensure proper documentation of results.
  • Liaise with partners to ensure all data collected is compliance.
  • Ensure the compilation of monitoring data; and transmission of cumulated monitoring data to the donor.
  • Provide weekly report on the monitoring process per project, and discusses results with the partners.
  • Periodically brief project team and other stakeholders to explain data analysis and contribute to reporting.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports with results of site visits.
  • Mange project Budget.
  • Ensure the documentation of the project for all stages.
  • Work on any other tasks required by MEAL manager in MEAL department.

Essential:**Qualification (Education/Work Experience)**

  1. * Academic qualification (Business Administration, Information System).
    • Minimum two-year experience at least in humanitarian development sector.
    • Excellent experience in using data collection tools Kobo or ODK.
    • Excellent experience in project communications.


  • Advance academic qualification (Business Administration, Information System).
