ABOUT THE ROLE
Amnesty International is looking for a Senior Management Advisor to be based in our London office in the People and Services directorate (which is covers the Finance, People, Information Technology, Security, Legal, Engagement and Wellbeing, and Workplace functions). This post will provide the management across the International Secretariat, with guidance on a wide range of organisational change and transformation initiatives that enable Amnesty to adapt and respond to emerging trends and issues. Supporting these initiatives with input on the change, its project management and implementation.

ABOUT YOU
It is essential that you have extensive experience leading on change initiatives including cross-organisational communication strategies and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. You will be a hardworking, enthusiastic problem solver with excellent people skills and willingness to try new approaches to help Amnesty International to make an even bigger impact.
