- Receiving, routing and dispatching mails and other documents
- Carrying out registry related functions
- Maintain, issue stationeries as per requisition & keep record in the stock register
- Receive & transmit Fax messages and route them after recording in the register
- Carry out photocopying, spiral binding of documents etc
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe office environment
- Undertake other office functions, as required
- Support to meeting, seminar, workshop as required
- Any other tasks as assigned

- Bangla and working knowledge in English
