Reporting to the Head of Organisation Effectiveness, you will be responsible for leading on our Talent & Resourcing approach for Oxfam GB, as well as directly delivering part of the approach. Overseeing a small team of Recruitment and Talent professionals, you will also contribute to priorities in the area of Talent & Resourcing across One Oxfam.
What we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced professional in the field of Talent & Resourcing, passionate about attracting, retaining and developing people. You will lead on our existing approach to Talent and Resourcing and ensures it continues to evolve and progress across the organisation.
A strong team player, you will be keen to connect and collaborate with colleagues across the OE team- in particular Learning & development and Leadership development- and the wider People team- especially the HR Business Partnering team. Pragmatic and able to deliver at pace, you will also be able to adapt to a constantly changing environment, align priorities to business needs and effectively partner with managers and staff across all of Oxfam GB.
We are a dynamic, integrated and ambitious team which supports both Oxfam GB and Oxfam International to deliver Organisation Effectiveness to the whole organisation. We love our job and support each other to deliver the best we can.
The team is approx. 17 people, based out of Oxford, we work flexibly and most of the team work part time.

Salary: £38,128 to £49,823 pro rata per annum
