Conservation International - GEF, invites proposals from suitably qualified consultants or firms for evaluaiton of “Improve sustainability of mangrove forests and coastal mangrove areas in Liberia through protection, planning and livelihood creation- as a building block towards Liberia’s marine and costal protected areas”. The award will be in the form of service agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the contract”). The successful offeror(s) shall be required to adhere to the code of ethics, statement of work, and the terms and conditions of the contract. This RFP does not obligate CI to execute a contract nor does it commit CI to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposals. Furthermore, CI reserves the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of CI.
