Relief International (RI) is a leading non-profit organisation working across 18 countries to relieve poverty, ensure well-being and advance dignity. We specialise in fragile settings, responding to natural disasters, humanitarian crises and chronic poverty.
The Director of Awards Management is a newly created role designed to provide field offices with grants expertise and services while ensuring end-to-end compliance for all donor and internal RI requirements. This role will also manage an Associate Director of Awards Management and three Regional Awards Managers.
Reporting to the SVP of Programme Management, you will lead and design policies procedures for all departmental functions from the head office to the field level; as well as systems to monitor and reporting to SMT key considerations in regard to Awards Management.
To be successful in this role you will bring proven Awards Management experience where you have set up systems globally through people, teams and systems. Your understanding of change management processes and ability to build and grow the function. Together with your extensive track-record of managing awards portfolios of over $50,000,000 and individual grants and contracts over $1,000,000 institutional donors will be essential.
This role has a global remit that requires the candidate to be able to travel internationally regularly.
