Purpose of the Position
The job function of the post, under the general supervision of the Marketing Services Specialist and the Resource Mobilization Manager (and in close cooperation with the other PFP areas) will be in charge to implement a full spectrum of digital marketing – from lead generation to optimizing conversion.
Key Accountabilities and Duties & Tasks
Summary of key functions/accountabilities:
Increase UNICEF Argentina income through donor acquisition and donor retention.
Prepare the Fundraising Digital Calendar and PFP Workplan analysing different PFP digital requirements and provide relevant information on digital FR mechanisms, opportunities and trends.
Implement the different Digital FR initiatives and campaigns, providing accurate support and guidance on the use of digital channels (i.e. SEM/SEO,website, eMail, display and Search Engine Marketing).
Up-to-date analysis of digital FR innovation, best practices, opportunities and trends.
Develop and implement mechanisms and criteria to coordinate and synergize the different FR digital efforts (suppliers, agencies, digital media)

Experience: 1 year of progressively responsible work experience in marketing, promotional or fundraising areas. Digital media is essential. Proven proficiency in the use of search engine algorithms, SEO and promotion, content management systems, e-mail broadcasting tools, HTML coding and analytics packages. Experience in any of following marketing areas: social media, web development, relationship marketing/e-CRM, search marketing, integrated media planning, and marketing communications. Knowledge of marketing campaign management processes
Language Requirements: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
Education: University Degree in Marketing, or relevant field with additional training in a relevant field.
