Under the supervision of the Senior Advisor, Operations and Finance, the incumbent will provide project management
support and report to the Global PCI DSS Project Manager and as required, manage the development and implementation of a number of country specific projects and project activities. Project management and support activities include, but are not limited to, project design and planning, coordinating with business and technical teams, risk mitigation, status reporting, communication project budget management, process and technical improvements and overseeing project implementation.
Under the supervision and guidance of the Operations Officer, the Operations Associate provides wide range of operational and administrative support activities to the office. The efficiency and effectiveness of support provided by the Operations Associate ensures that a strong administrative platform is provided to the respective sections, which in turn affects the timely and accurate completion of the services provided by advisors and specialists in the team.
Under the supervision of the Partnerships Specialist, the Partnerships Officer helps in deepening collaboration with key stakeholders and provide an interface for environmental scanning, knowledge exchange, resource mobilization, and policy influence.
Under the supervision of the Deputy Regional Director, the Executive Associate is accountable for procedural communications, operations and administrative support services, as well as specialized administrative functions, to enhance the smooth running of the supervisor’s day-to day activities, as well as his/her section. Executive Associates also represent the supervisor in initiating, following up on and resolving issues pertaining to administrative requests.
