What you'll need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in pedagogy, education, psychology, or related fields. Candidates with a Master, certification in e-learning will be considered positively.
- Experience: You must have at least two (2) years of experience as an instructional designer. Experience in remote education aimed at public or private sector officials will be considered positively.
- Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.
- Service-oriented attitude.
- Teamwork and communications skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Proactivity, agility, organization, and results orientation.
- Dynamism, creativity, flexibility, and meeting deadlines.
- Project management skills.
- Proven facilitation skills are a plus.
Requirements:
- Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries.
- Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
Type of contract and duration:
- Type of contract: Products and External Services Consultant (PEC), PEC Retainer
- Length of contract: 128 days in a period of 8 months.
- Work Location: Remote.
