What will you do in this position?
You will provide advice and specialized support in the establishment of effective risk assessment and risk management activities; application of controls and compliance with policies and procedures; and contribution to the overall effectiveness of Supply Chain operations in the Country.
How can you make a difference?
Under the direct supervision of the Country Director (CD) or his/her delegate, you will be responsible for the following key duties:
- Proactively provide end to end support to Guinea Country Office in addressing all audits and oversight missionsโ recommendations. Ensure all recommendations are addressed and closed in corporate audit tracking tools.
- Support CO Management in the preparation of reports pertaining to compliance and oversight actions by the Country Office Supply Chain unit.
- Proactively support CO Supply Chain staff in enhancing the existing supply chain processes on risk & compliance issues and on maintaining an effective internal control environment to support operational efficiency.
